Getting Started Guides

Last updated on

With a few simple steps, you can onboard your entire team to BlackBox development team game build distribution, enabling crash handling, crash video capture, automated tests, and performance analytics. Let’s get started!

We have written guides on this site for all the BlackBox services. The guides are supported by a number of snippet-style, quick onboarding and integration videos designed to get you and your team up and running on BlackBox as easily as possible. We have included a selection of videos which will help you with some of the concepts.

We recommend that you download these videos so that you get full quality.

There are two paths to get your team up and running on BlackBox. The first is using Blackbox Hub to facilitate your development team game build distribution. Here, we quickly go through the first path of getting BlackBox Hub development team game build distribution up and running for your team.

The second path for integration is facilitating crash reporting for your game builds using the BlackBox SDK/CLI and the BlackBox Web Portal. Here we look at the first step, which is integrating BlackBox Crash Reporting into your game. Just swap the Crash Reporter URL.

In this recording we look at adding videos and hardware information to your game crashes.
